2010 PORSCHE PANAMERA PROMOTIONAL VIDEO LAUNCH

Porsche has released a promotional video of its first four door car Panamera, ahead of its German launch. The clip is more of a presentation of the capabilities and the technology that has gone into Porsche’s latest.

The video starts with panning shots of the interiors and exteriors with four suit clad gentleman walking towards the Panamera opening the foor doors simultaneously and getting in, emphasizing that its a geniune four door, four seater for adults. A quick trip around the town is followed by one of the passengers unloading his luggage, which includes a big suitcase, from the back of the car telling people that overall space is a strong selling point.

Later part of the video shows all the technology that has gone into making the Panamera which includes the braking system, the PDK Dual Clutch gearbox, the engine , suspension system and the rear LED tail lights. The neat cut outs showing the working of the internal and the engine are a treat to the eyes.

The Panamera will go on sale in a few weeks time and among others will come with a 4.8 Litre V8 engine in the normal and turbocharged guise developing 404 bhp and 506 bhp respectively. The UK prices of the car start at £72,266 for a baseline Panamera S going up to £95,298 for the Turbo variant.
