The next version of Microsoft Office (codenamed Office 14) will be known as Office 2010 and it will be shipped in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
While may have expected that Microsoft would release Office 2010 at the same time as Windows 7, that seems unlikely now.
Chris Capossela says that Microsoft Office 2010 will enter a technical preview sometime in 3Q 2009 while RTM will happen sometime in the first half of 2010. Windows 7 is expected during the holiday buying season of 2009.
Microsoft Office 2010 will also include a web based version of Office (like Google Docs) along with Visio 2010 and Project 2010 for project management. The online version of Office 2010 will include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote.
Immediately after 6 months of launch in June 2008 Honda Siel Cars India (HSCIL) stopped selling its hybrid car 'Civic Hybrid' from last November is likely to bring back its hybrid version to India after the Central budget as it is believed that Union government would bring down the import duty on motor vehicles by the company.
Tatsuya Natsume, director-marketing of HSCIL, the Indian subsidiary of Japanese car giant Honda Motor said that, "We are watching the Budget. If the import duty is reduced, we may consider to restart selling Civic Hybrids in India".
Honda Civic Hybrid was discontinued to sell in India by Honda due to high import duty. He said that, "By the time the Civic Hybrid lands in India, the price is doubled due to import duty that stood at 104%." He added that the excise duty and VAT further increased the on-road price of the car. Honda Civic Hybrid was the first ever hybrid technology car launched in India. Honda sold around 300 cars in India during its brief presence in India between June-November 2008 after importing them from Japan as completely built units (CBUs).
The company has taken a hit due to its hybrid launch, as it had cut down the price from Rs 21 lakh to Rs 13 lakh within two months of the launch to clear the inventory, said a HSCIL official requesting anonymity. The official said that the company sold only 60 cars at the original price tag of Rs 21.5 lakh while the remaining 240 vehicles were sold at the discounted price of Rs 13.36 lakh.

Transformers 2: Revenge of the fallen is a thrill ride, something that you won't find at Disneyland, maybe at Universal Studios. This movie did what the first animated transformers movie did for the original TV series, introduce massive carnage to what previously had been a fairly tame introduction. But lets get one thing straight...
ITS A MOVIE! If you want to see something with human emotion, human drama, that makes you think go watch a soap opera! This is a movie about giant robots that are in the middle of a war on our planet. But it is their war. We just happen to be here.
Most of the reviews I have read, written by "professional" critics just can't wrap their heads around the idea that this a movie about a kid's toy. They insist on looking for the human quotient in a movie about aliens! If you didn't like this movie you probably did not enjoy Transformers as a kid, didn't have the toys, or probably didn't know that they have an in depth mythos in printed media as well.
This movie was made for fans. So if you aren't one, go watch something else. No one is forcing you to go, unless you happen to be a professional critic, and in that case you should take along your teenage kid or friend to help you get some perspective.
For the people out there saying its a Star Wars rip off.... Duh! Just more proof that you don't know the history of the series.

Taiwanese cellphone maker HTC is all set to launch G2, or the second generation premier Google phone that runs on Google's Android operating system, in India. It is likely to be priced between Rs 26,000- Rs 28,000.
The company is planning to sell the unlocked G2 Android phone through a large telecom service provider, most likely Airtel, according to sources. However, it has no immediate plans to retail the same through Vodafone with which it has a tie-up to sell G1 and G2 in most other regions, including the entire Europe.
G2 is the successor to the first Google Phone, G1. The device is a sleeker version of G1 sans keyboard. The second Google Android smartphone was unveiled at Barcelona earlier this year jointly by HTC and Vodafone.
The HTC Magic also known as the Google G2 is sleek, very slim and light weight. HTC G2 is the latest entrant into the android touch screen smartphone line up of HTC.
Its got a great 3.2 inch 320480 pixel touchscreen display. It will feature the cupcake version of the Android software and will have an onscreen keyboard.

It is claimed that the new Bajaj Pulsar 220cc will have a top speed of 140 kmph, which will be 15 kmph more than the earlier model (which had a max speed of 125 kmph). The price of this model is expected to be around Rs. 70,000, which is around Rs. 15,000 lesser than the current 220 cc version.

The car will be manufactured at the company's state-of-the-art Ranjangaon plant near Pune and will be launched across India through an aggressive communication campaign through print and television. The Fiat Grande Punto will be available in India with two petrol engines (1.2 and1.4 FIRE) and one diesel (1.3 multijet). The 1.2 petrol engine option with its safety features and aggressive price will form an attractive option for buyers who are potential small hatch back buyers. Additionally, Fiat offers a two year unlimited mileage warranty on the Grande Punto which is one of the best in the segment.
The Tata-Fiat dealer network will ensure easy availability of the car and prompt after-sales service for its owners. The Grande Punto will be retailed through the Tata-Fiat dealer network. The company has over 100 points of sales & service outlets allowing a much wider base of customers to experience the Grande Punto.
